FAQs

What if my class has been cancelled due to not enough attendance?

It's always a bummer when we can't fill the seats. You will be sent a confirmation email 4 days prior to your scheduled class. I will let you know if we have enough students to continue the class at that time. If there are not enough registered students, the class will be cancelled and rescheduled for a later date. You will then have the option to choose another class or wait for the rescheduled class.

I CAN'T MAKE IT TO MY CLASS, WHAT DO I DO?

All workshop tickets are non-refundable but you may contact me 7 days prior to the event to request a reschedule ticket. Your rescheduled ticket is valid for 6 months.

In the event where a ticket purchaser cannot attend a class and does not request a reschedule ticket 7 days prior to the event, we may attempt to fill the seats if there is a waiting list for the event. There is no guarantee that the seats will be filled and it will be the ticket purchasers responsibility to fill them or make other arrangements to attend.

WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY ARTWORK?

Depending on which project you have completed, the dry times will vary. I will let you know at the end of class what the estimated dry time is. Please call ahead to make sure that your piece is ready for pick up. Pick-up times must be arranged in advance.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER OR TICKET?

All products and tickets are final sale and non refundable. However, if your item has been damaged in shipping I will work with you to correct the issue. Contact me at jessicatellier.artist@gmail.com within 15 days if you find an issue with your order. The return must fall under the following categories:

MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED. WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact me right away if you have received your shipping and delivery confirmation and have not received your order. I will open an investigation with the shipping company.
